Terms of Service

Booking Confirmation

• All reservations are subject to availability
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours
• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation
• Rates are quoted in US Dollars and subject to applicable taxes

Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required at time of booking
• Full payment due 30 days before arrival
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• All payments are processed securely

Standard Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
• 50% refund for cancellations 3-7 days before arrival
• No refund for cancellations within 72 hours of arrival
• No-shows will be charged the full amount

Peak Season Policy

During peak seasons (December-January, July-August), stricter cancellation policies may apply. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

Eco-Friendly Practices

• Respect for the natural environment is mandatory
• No littering or damage to flora and fauna
• Participate in our sustainability initiatives
• Use water and energy resources responsibly

General Conduct

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No smoking in accommodations or common areas
• Pets allowed with prior approval and additional fees
• Respect for other guests and local community

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property during their stay. Damage costs will be assessed and charged to the guest's account. We recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances.

Resort Liability

While we maintain comprehensive insurance and safety protocols, guests participate in activities at their own risk. The resort is not liable for personal injuries or loss of personal property, except where legally required.
